Machine translated content of talk from the Youku description (with some guestimated editing - definitely not meant to be accurate but hope you find it useful):

EDIT: See Penguinator's post for a better description of some parts:
viewtopic.php?f=10&p=38050#p38047

- Tsukitei Hosei discusses stage show "Comedy Revolution Anti-Yoshimoto" (アンチ吉本・お笑いレボリューション) (part of the "Yoshimoto Centennial Story" events), which Endo is also in and portrays an episode in Downtown's career!
- Endo talks about how an unfaithful confession came to light in the New Year's Eve "Do not laugh" episode. Shocked when he saw the broadcast with her. Really, what was her reaction! ?

They all seem to talk about Yamasaki's name change too. Plus Yamasaki does a bit of promotion for his newly published book "The reason I became a Rakugo" (on Amazon Japan here).

The upcoming "Sayonara Yamazaki Hosei" will be built around his new stage name for sure.
Oh, about that Yoshimoto Comedy Revolution show that Yamasaki and Endo were in, I believe Natsumi Ogawa (Hamada's wife) was also in it... all three were in this show recently that talked about it and featured some clips near the end of the actual stage play. Man, I'd love to know more about it...

Yeah, I thought the same when I heard about the name change. :D
Plus the front cover of Yamasaki's new book even says "さようなら、山崎邦正" (Goodbye Yamasaki Hosei).
Gotta admit I do prefer "Yamasaki" but respect his achievement of course.
Still I'm curious what they're saying in this episode, seems like they were mentioning the different nicknames he has and trying to figure out what to call him from now on? On another talk show Yamasaki was on they also seemed to talk about what to nickname him (Zaki-san, Tei-san?).

Haha I was just about to post about that in the Other section, I guess we could pool together info on the play in a thread there assuming more stuff comes to light. I did find some bits of info here and there but yeah it'd definitely be cool to know more about it.
Matsumoto begins the talk about a time when one of the managers had an influenza. Apparently Hamada was worried that he would infect Matsumoto and subsequently his child, so Hamada got pretty mad at the manager. Matsumoto was kind of glad for his sympathy, but then he points out that after that, Hamada got influenza at least four times.

According to Yamazaki, both "Hochii" and "Choukyou" became popular words among viewers, including elementary schoolers. Endou wasn't very happy about it.

I loved Tanaka's part in the talk. He watched the batsu game with his wife and kid(s?). They kept her appearance a secret from the kids, so when they saw the scene where the mask broke off, the kids made exactly the same kind of face as he had in that scene. Later they asked what the word "choukyou" (調教) meant, but Tanaka didn't have any idea how to explain it to them. In the end he just teached the kanji for them and cursed Endou in his mind.
KU・・・ KR・・・
So what does choukyou mean?
If someone not busy translating the latest batsu would feel like subbing this one, I would be very grateful, they seem to be talking about many really funny things this time:D
"Hamada. Are you vertically challenged?"
Choukyou means taming an animal. Endou said he wanted to tame the girl in his text to her.
Ah, thank you. I didn't put the translation together with the word. When I looked up the kanji it didn't make sense. :)
