Hey guys!
It made me curious after years of watching fujiwara at batsu game intros , where in Japan is he from? I am assuming that he is speaking the "Shitamachi Kotoba" because he always says the classical "shitottsu" (when saying first rule is…)instead of "hitottsu"…anyway there isn’t really much on him online as far as I can tell.

DT’s hometown Amagasaki is in Hyogo prefecture, not Osaka…

Whoops, little mistake of mine.
I think he is saying hitotsu, if said quickly it does sound like an s at the start.
The h isn’t a normal h, its more of a "huh" sound and if said quick it may sound like an s.
Its the same when saying like
Otokonoko no hito (means older male)
The h is a "huh" type sound.
EDIT: Trying to make a word that it sounds like is not easy lol

thats strange because on many accounts I head "shi" … yeah the japanese "h" in "hi" isn’t a regular h sound…its more of a fricative

but anyway a lot of the shitamachi speakers can’t tell the different between the 2 phonemes (hi &shi)

I actually listened him saying ‘‘Hitotsu’’ when reading the rules to the Gaki members.
