As much as i like/idolize Jackie Chan, i LOVE the Metal Gear Solid series. As a fellow Fan wuhuuu i noticed it, and i think an OST-Soundtrack from Detective Conan if I’m not mistaken.
I really wish this kind of stuff would happen in the US. The whole plot of the show is just simply awesome!

No, you’re not mistaken. It really is Detective Conan main theme. It suit the scene well, when the kids start chasing them the music start. ![:P]( "Razz")

I don’t know, many western TV Company’s buy this kind of shows, but they’re not as good as the original. Here an example:
