Actually Jackie loves Japan, especially he is known for his love of Mitsubishi Cars!
Did anyone else notice the songs from the PS2 Game "Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty" played in the first episode? ^^
Hmm anyone know what episode Jackie was on before the one the OP linked? Says in the beginning he was an enemy before he became a helper.

As much as i like/idolize Jackie Chan, i LOVE the Metal Gear Solid series. As a fellow Fan wuhuuu i noticed it, and i think an OST-Soundtrack from Detective Conan if I’m not mistaken.
I really wish this kind of stuff would happen in the US. The whole plot of the show is just simply awesome!

No, you’re not mistaken. It really is Detective Conan main theme. It suit the scene well, when the kids start chasing them the music start.

I don’t know, many western TV Company’s buy this kind of shows, but they’re not as good as the original. Here an example:

And it IS awesome, it’s like a child’s dream !
