I’m encountering errors on the Chat App page as soon as I arrive. They appear as follows:

I don’t believe it’s in my power to fix. I did however try the /nick command, but it evidently doesn’t work unless I am connected.
Thanks in advance for the help. That weekly trivia sure sounds like fun and I’d love to join in.
EDIT: I was able to join the channel through mIRC. It’s the exclamation mark in my username that prevents me from logging in, hence the “Erroneous Nickname”. I’ll just use mIRC from now on. Thanks for reading!
