For #9, 11, 12, 14 and 15. With "Part 2 Missing". What length is your Part 1? I have them downloaded off JTV-Zone on Pandora and they seem to of joined the 2 parter episodes which are usually about 20-25 mins each into one long video around 40-50 minutes.
I also have #8 from there. According to a Gaki episode guide it wasn't a 2 parter so guess its complete.
Sadly #10 on JTV-Zone seems glitched as it says 47 mins on the thumbnail but when you actually view or download it turns out to be 13 minutes.
#13 is non-existant there too unfortunately.

I did find a 1995 Oogiri Special on JTV-Zone, its part of a 2 hour thing with other stuff and ads but I've cut it down to just the Oogiri. However, even on the original video on Pandora, it glitches badly briefly at some points (on Matsumoto after he sits down it looks SUPER weird
and on Jimmy later when doing the book story continuation thing and maybe other points ), the rest of it is fine though... Not sure if there is a better version somewhere.
I think Oorigi Taiketsu 1 is Episode 050116 on JTV-Zone.
Theres also sorta a Oogiri #16 but its just a parody with a special guest who gets all the attention/laughs and a running joke with the audience getting irate if the guest gets hurt/loses
So dunno if its worth adding

English install file (I tried the Japanese version using the guides). Perfect Dark has the UI in English (
English guide here on how to use it) or for Share there is the ability to make the UI English (
guide here for Share) but I guess I really suck at port forwarding since none of them wanted to connect for me to download anything.
