Seems she’s a (relatively new) talent (tarento)/fashion model called Rola.

I had to research Lola when I was looking up the guests for the Airport batsu.
Her father is Bangledeshi, and her mother is Japanese with a quarter Russian.
Yeah she can barely speak Japanese despite growing up there.
She’s basically the current ditzy model character used in Japanese tv.
