So GodzillaRadio's link works for you? Strange, still doesn't work for me. It's not blocked I downloaded other files from Mediafire just fine, I'll google and see if I can find what's going on.

I checked with a different computer which wasn't mine, and it didn't work.

Oh I meant just this file could be blocked for some people. Like how on Youtube certain videos are blocked only for certain people.

Doing a quick Google it seems there used to be a "385 error" that some people got which was then changed to say "File Blocked for Violation", the solution was to just copy and paste the Mediafire link directly into their browser address bar instead of clicking through, dunno whether it'll work for this newer message of "Distribution of this file has been disabled" though:

Another site seems to suggest making a free Mediafire account and having at least one file uploaded there. Dunno if that makes a difference but I do have a free Mediafire account I'm logged into with some files uploaded to it.
