I am so glad to have found this site. I have been a fan of Downtown (and Japanese TV) since the mid 90’s.
Somewhere in my old VHS library I have at least an episode of a Downtown show from around the mid-late 90’s, also some Hey! Hey! Hey!. I even have a special that was broadcasted live from a outdoor venue. In the special they had various guests and the objective was to stay awake for 24 hours. I can’t quite remember the name.
What I did transfer to DVD just recently (but doesn’t apply here) is 2 full episodes (with commercials) of “Beta King!” circa 1996 or '97. I hope to have them uploaded to D-Addicts sometime soon.
