Matsumoto won an award ... what is it?

Matsumoto posted to Twitter an award he's won.



Can anyone tell me what the award is for? I'm guessing this page might explain it, but I can't really read Japanese. From what I gather this is the 18th year this award is given out by Miura Jun who is an "illustrator and cultural critic"(?).

Apparently Miura Jun is a manga artist and illustrator. He gives out the "Miura Jun Award" as some sort of joke award for fun, to whomever he wants to.

Miura is also a semi-regular panelist on Wide na Show where Matsumoto is a regular panelist. They shortly mentioned the award on last week's episode.
