If i remember correctly someone from the forum have been to NHK, they have a shop where you can buy Gaki Stuff.

NTV, Gaki's TV Station, has a shop. Actually everything in Tokyo has a shop!
And at the bottom of the Skytree there's a big shop with corners with goods from many TV stations and I remember seeing there Gaky stuff.
Have fun. If it's your first time you will go crazy! There's too much to see:)
