Hiya ppl got a great treasure trove here…complete dvd rips of Gaki no Tsukai dvd 1,2,3,5,8,10,12,15

They’re the complete dvd rips…which means we even get the “back then”, the confrontations (if applicable) and the downtown manzai talks (if the dvd does include manzai talks)…ALL SUBBED!!! (well they’re in chinese…anyways…)

What’s more, all no laughing batsu games are really quick cuz we have lots of chinese fans helping us seed :D Thx! However onigoko and matsumoto haunted hotel is very slow cuz i guess they’re not as popular as the no laughing games…

ENJOY!

No idea how you found it, but thanks, finally a dvd version of the high school batsu (even though it has chinese subs).

cuz im a chinese maybe? xPP

yep i love the high school dvd rip, the back then was really hilarious and also endo looks really cute in the back then with his hair all spiky and his rabbit hoodie xPP

This will be useful for our Chinese visitors (even if there are not that many lol)

Having a clean dvd version means subs will have to be redone. More work more work, but good work.

the japanese restaurants in hong kong show gaki dvds on their tv! (and that is how i got to learn about gaki :))

Downloaded the torrent for the high school one and it took me untill today to get it.
Would be nice if we could get them all downloaded then uploaded on a somewhat fast/safe place.

Veeerry good, I’m trying to download Haunted Hotel atm because thats my favorite one.

edit: nah I better download all at once.

Hi Tammy,

I am from Hong Kong too. I know there is a fan base for Gaki in Hong Kong, specially for Matsumoto too, I saw his movie, Dai Nippon Gen in Hong Kong in the Cultural Center (cant remember exactly, quite some time from now). Where is the restaurant you mentioned that they show gaki video? I must be great fun to watch and laugh with someone else in the restaurant.

Cecil

invalid download link… for the haunted mansion.

wow…great job!!!

Merci pour le partage ! :)

I’m afraid the restaurant closed down in October…:((
But it was really fun back then when my friends and I watched Gaki while eating lunch (there was real trouble eating at the same time) and lol at Matsumoto’s thai kicks :DDD
Sigh I reli hope the restaurant will come back again when the economy is better…

Cecil, do you know where I can buy DVDs of Gaki in HK?

Tammy

Hey all I am from Hong Kong too!
So far I have never seen any DVD shop that sells gaki related stuff
I guess it is coz not many people would actually go and buy them
The only thing I have seen that is slightly related is Dainipponjin by Matsumoto (I am actually impressed how someone dares to make a Hong Kong version of it)

Aww man, I was about to ask the same question like Cecil
Too bad so sad anyway
Hopefully sth similar will appear soon in HK =.=

Tammy and Darksky,

Wow so including me there are at least three ppl from HK who are fans of Gaki no Tsukai. I have also tried to look for gaki DVD in hmv, but they don’t stock them. I guess it is possible to ask CD shops which sells J-pop CD in Mong Kok to buy the gaki DVDs but it might cost a bit.

I am sorry to know the restaurant has closed down, with the rent rising many small restaurants close down these days… especially before and after Chinese New Year as the news say.

I really hope that there will be a Japanese film festival again. I was kind of disappointed that ‘Symbol’ by Matsumoto san was not shown in Hong Kong. I watched Dainnipponjin in TST Culture Center few years ago, the theater was packed with people, so I guess there must be more Gaki no Tsukai fans out there. Anyway let’s keep in touch!

Cecil
