Edit: There click on "No Laughing Earth Defence Force – Subtitles V2 – 720p (TeamGaki)"
You should get to a directory on their download server. Then go to 2014 batsu and download the file "No Laughing Earth Defense Force 24 v2.ass". That should be the final version of the subs for the 720p file.
If you're using the 1080p version the .ass file is in the parent directory called "No Laughing Earth Defense Force 24 - Full Version - 1080p v2.ass".
Be sure to download the v2 file since it contains fixes that weren't there in the first full sub.

Ohh, you're right! Sorry about that, I mistook the last one on the list to be Earth Defence when in fact it's Teachers.

Quick update: most dead subfile links on the website have been replaced (not hardsub links or the individual batsu part links (since the full one should suffice)). Though on some of them it might be necessary to right-click the "HERE" on the ad-page and choose "save as..".
