Matsumoto went for some whacky stuff, as usual.
Salad + mayo nabe and turtle/dried cobra nabe.

Might as well just try to list everyone.

Tanaka - Okinawa nabe, hence his use of bitter melon.
Which is rarely used in mainland Japan.

Endou - French cuisine nabe with dessert!

Yamasaki - American fast food + Cola. Would probably get sick eating that

Hamada - Osaka nabe + okonomiyaki sauce. Okonomiyaki, takoyaki and yakisoba. He serves it with rice, Id say it looks delicious.
