"Friendly speech" and dialect series

1,I’d like to know the name (both in English and Japanese,if it’s possible) of this "series"* in which other comedians must use friendly speech to Matsumoto and Hamada,otherwise they get a punishment (a slap on their faces).

*I don’t know how many episodes does it have,so I’m not sure I can call it series

Can I find it on this site?

2,I think in one of the Kiki episodes Matsumoto said something in an other dialect (other than his own),and after that there was a refenrence to a "dialect series".Is there such thing?
I can’t remember in which episode was this :@
