it has a commercial before the video start, is that why its out of sync????

I'm trying to use the same 1.2 gb torrent as well. The subtitles don't matter for me too much, but my gf was getting frustrated that the subs weren't syncing up correctly.

I tried messing with the sync timing in VLC, but just couldn't get it right. It started more or less okay if i pushed the subs 18sec in advance of the video to delay them while the commercial ran, but after that it just all went to a mess. Can anybody offer any advice on getting the subs synced up correctly or should I just try a different vid? (and if I need to DL a different version, which one is the optimal one to use?)

I think the torrent file should say that it has a the airport batsu game separated in 3 parts, and if ppl want only one file video they should download the raw one.

And i can't extract the video from the zip files,,,dunno what's wrong, i put the pass and all, or is it ONLY possible to extract through winrar?

Whats a good program to merge the (3) 720 videos? I tried on movie maker but it just crashed. OR is there a sub file for the 3 videos separately?

^second that. is there subs for the 3 seperate parts of the show? i downloaded the tprrent hd one, its in 3 parts , though the sub .ass file is only for the whole thing, not seperate files, which is fustrating cus i cant continue to watch the show after the first part as the subs will then start over again.

i've downloaded the 60fps, but its in mp4 format *all from rapidshare*, tried to play with the .ass subfile, it doesnt detected..... anyone can help?

I tried it, and it out of sync (laggged) for 6 seconds.
May I know which "3 parts version" that you downloaded?
Mine are the ones from Youku.

I decided to separate the 1-part airport batsu subtitle into three parts for used with Youku video links.
I uploaded them here. No password. Credit goes to original uploader.
Thanks also to daakhelmit, I used his 3-parts subtitle as comparison.
